•
Arrival and getting started

Make your way to 30 Rockefeller Plaza and allow a few minutes at entry to complete ticket checks before staff direct you toward the elevators and observation levels. Arriving in good time before you plan to ascend means you can move through the Welcome Gallery and Weather Room Café at a relaxed pace rather than rushing straight to the upper floors.

Getting around the venue

The observation experience spans three levels, mixing indoor galleries and lounges with open outdoor terraces, so layers are worth considering on cooler or windier days. Move freely between floors at your own pace, and note that the Weather Room Café is a convenient spot to pause for refreshments mid-visit.

During your visit

Photography for personal use is generally welcomed on observation decks; be mindful of other guests when positioning yourself at railings or on the SKYLIFT platform.

Keep belongings secure on the open-air terrace levels, particularly in windy conditions.

Staff are present throughout to answer questions and help you navigate between levels.
