Gut zu wissen vor dem Besuch

•
Arrival and timing

Present your ticket at your selected entry time to begin your self-guided tour. Once on board, you are welcome to stay as long as you wish, and most visitors spend around one and a half to two hours exploring the ship. Arriving promptly at your chosen time slot helps keep the flow of visitors moving smoothly through the decks.

Getting around the vessel

The tour takes you across multiple decks, from the State Apartments at the upper levels down to the Crew's Quarters and engine spaces below. The audio guide accompanies you at your own pace, so there is no set route you must follow within a fixed time. Wear comfortable, flat-soled shoes, as the decks and companionways are original to the ship and include steps and narrow passages.

During your visit

Keep your audio guide at a considerate volume out of respect for other visitors.

Photography for personal use is generally permitted in most areas, though follow any signage that restricts it in specific rooms.

Food and drink are not permitted throughout the tour decks; a tearoom is available on board if you wish to take a break.
