À savoir avant d'y aller

•
Arrival and getting in

Head to 401 Harrison Street in downtown Syracuse. Arrive in good time before you plan to start exploring, as the museum can be busy during popular exhibition periods. Have your ticket ready to present at the entrance.

Getting around the venue

The Everson houses a collection of around 10,000 artworks spread across its galleries, with more than 20 exhibitions running throughout the year. Take your time moving between spaces, as the building itself, designed by I.M. Pei, is worth pausing to appreciate. When you need a break, the on-site cafe, Louise, serves a locally sourced menu on functional ceramic art.

During your visit

Keep your voice low in the galleries out of consideration for other visitors.

Photography policies vary by exhibition, so check signage in each gallery before taking pictures.

Do not touch the artworks unless a display is specifically designed for handling.

Food and drink are best enjoyed in the Louise cafe rather than in the gallery spaces.
