Practical information

Know before you go

• Seating Arrangements: Most venues offer assigned seating, though some may have general admission areas. Check your ticket details and arrive early for the best available spots in general admission sections.
• Venue Temperature: Historic venues can be cooler than expected, especially during evening performances. Bring a light jacket or wrap to stay comfortable throughout the 60-minute concert.
• Mobile Devices: Please silence phones and avoid using devices during the performance to maintain the intimate atmosphere and respect for other audience members and performers.
• Late Arrival Policy: Latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance, so plan your journey to arrive on time and avoid disappointment.
• Parking and Transport: Check venue-specific transport links and parking availability in advance. Many London venues are best accessed by public transport, especially during evening hours.
• Age Restrictions: While family-friendly, the concert format requires quiet attention for the full duration. Consider whether young children can sit comfortably through the entire classical performance.
• Refreshments: Most venues do not permit outside food or drinks. Some locations may have bars or refreshment facilities available before the show or during intervals if applicable.
