Performance times

Know before you go

•
Arrival and timing

Arrive in good time before the performance starts so you can settle the family, find your seats, and make the most of the theatre's facilities. The show runs without an intermission, so a pre-show visit to the toilets is a good idea, particularly for younger children. After the main performance, every ticket includes a 15-minute post-show session on stage, giving young visitors the chance to meet the baby dinosaurs and see the puppets up close, so factor that into your overall plans for the day.

Seating and the auditorium

Troubadour Wembley Park Theatre is a flexible, purpose-built performance space with a modern auditorium. Seating configurations can vary by production, so check your tickets for your specific section. Sightlines are generally good throughout the house, making it a comfortable venue for families with children of different heights.

During the show

Switch mobile phones to silent or turn them off before the performance begins.

Photography and recording during the show are not permitted, though you will have the opportunity to take photos during the post-show meet on stage.

Latecomers may be held at the doors and admitted only at a suitable break in the performance.

Check the venue's policy on food and drink before bringing items into the auditorium.
