Know before you go

• Arrival Time: Arrive at least 30 minutes before showtime to collect tickets, find your seats, and enjoy the festive theatre atmosphere without rushing.
• Age Recommendations: While suitable for all ages, children under 3 may find the 2.5-hour duration challenging. Consider afternoon matinee performances for younger family members.
• Photography Policy: Photography and recording are strictly prohibited during the performance. Take pictures in the theatre lobby before the show begins.
• Late Arrivals: Latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance. Plan journey time carefully, especially during busy Christmas shopping periods.
• Refreshments: Theatre bars serve interval drinks and snacks. Pre-order during the first act to avoid queues, or arrive early for pre-show refreshments.
• Christmas Season Crowds: Expect larger crowds during school holidays and weekends. Allow extra travel time and book restaurants well in advance for post-show dining.
