Know before you go

• Performance Duration: Shows typically run 2.5 hours with one interval, so plan accordingly for young children who may need bathroom breaks or snacks during the performance.
• Audience Participation: Come prepared to join in the fun! Pantomimes encourage shouting, singing, and active participation, so don't feel shy about getting involved with the interactive elements.
• Arrival Time: Arrive at least 30 minutes before curtain time to collect tickets, find seats, purchase interval refreshments, and allow children to settle in before the show begins.
• Photography Policy: Most venues prohibit photography and recording during performances, though some allow photos before the show starts or during curtain calls - check specific venue policies.
• Weather Considerations: December and January London weather can be unpredictable, so dress warmly for travel to the theatre and consider bringing umbrellas for the journey to and from the venue.
