Know before you go

•
Arrival and timing

Meet your guide at Café de l'Esplanade, 52 Rue Fabert, and aim to arrive a few minutes before your scheduled start time so the group can set off promptly. The tour runs for one hour and thirty minutes in total, covering both the museum galleries and the Dome Church.

Getting around the venue

The visit moves between two distinct spaces: the Musée de l'Armée galleries and the Dome Church, which houses Napoleon's tomb. Both are within the same Invalides complex, so expect to walk between sections. The Dome Church interior is a formal religious and memorial space, so keep noise to a minimum and follow your guide's lead throughout.

During your visit

Skip-the-line entry is included, so there is no need to queue at the ticket desks on arrival.

Keep your phone on silent and avoid flash photography inside the Dome Church.

Food and drink are not permitted inside the galleries or the church.

Stay with your group, as the guide's commentary is central to the experience.
